I carefully curate each class with you in mind, offering a variety of different workouts. Each workout is a fun, challenging, and effective class that leaves you feeling your strongest both mentally and physically.
Since I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2011, I have been dedicated to a life filled with essential movement. I created Bodies by Sav not only for the workout but also for women who need accountability and support in a community promoting health and fitness. I have learned how to fuel our bodies in a beneficial way to balance ourselves from the inside out.
